LeaveTheCamera.com Pricing

LeaveTheCamera has a simple pricing system for event photography. We charge a flat fee based on the number of days covered, the expected number of attendees, and the type of event. Once you have agreed to hire LTC for you event, you will be billed half up front and half when the event is over. $200 of the first payment is a non-refundable deposit. The rest is fully refundable given a 48 hour notification of cancellation. Inside 48 of the event, the first half is non-refundable.

Basic Event Booking Fees

1 Day (Up to 8 Hours) Total Booking Fee
1 Photographer $450 + tax
2 Photographers $650 + tax
3 Photographers $850 + tax
4 Photographers $1,050 + tax

Special Events

Wedding / Quinceanera
(Up to 8 Hours + formal portraits + photo disc + 5x7 Photo book)
Total Booking Fee
1 Photographer $1,700 + tax
2 Photographers $1,950 + tax

Additional Fees

Service Description Fee
Formal Photo Setup +$100
Overtime (Anything over 8 hours per day) +$100 per photographer per hour
Mileage Expenses +$50 per photog per trip for every 30 miles after first 30 miles (eg. 31mi. = +$50 per photographer, 66mi. = +$100 per photographer)
Photo Discs +$200 per disc. (One photo disc provided to event coordinator free of charge)
